RLC is a boutique event management company based in Hampshire, UK. We specialise in organising conferences, recognition and awards programmes, indoor and outdoor business team games, training programmes including our new Vocals in Business, plus corporate social responsibility events.

In 2019, Rachel Ley was recognised as Event Producer of the Year by the Conference News Agency Awards. And more recently, has launched Vocals in Business, a collection of workshops designed to use theatre skills and techniques centred around the voice with presentation and confidence up-skilling.

We’re here to ensure that your event or training is delivered creatively and flawlessly. With over 20 years’ experience, we anticipate and manage every detail, leaving you to focus on what’s really important to you – whether it’s informing, educating, building teams, rewarding achievement, networking, entertaining or celebrating.
