Caroline has undertaken just about every job role within RLC since it started in 2007.  With a background in sports and leisure management, she brings order and fun to proceedings and reminds us all of the need to move about a bit.

Caroline has a strong aptitude for systems and when not managing guest management requirements for our clients, can be found somewhere distant in the countryside on her bike.
