A quick note to thank Julia and the team for ensuring that our offsite last week went according to plan and not only met but exceeded our expectations. The main part of the offsite was targeted at team building and improving communication within our team. The day also proved to be a good morale booster and gave all the individuals a sense of ownership and empowerment.
I admit that I was a little hesitant about taking the team out of their safety zone; however, the team members thoroughly enjoyed the variety of tasks throughout the day. Once again, a well organised day from start to finish.

I have used the RLC web booking system for the last month due to a Conference being held here at the Holiday Inn Brighton Seafront. The system is a really easy system to use and the support that I had from Rachel Ley Consultancy was fantastic. A member of the team called me to go through the system and also provided me with detailed instructions on how to use the system.
On a weekly basis I receive updates with regards to new bookings that have been made and now that we are drawing close to the event the updates are happening twice weekly. The website itself is easy to use and secure allowing accurate data to be stored correctly and only myself having access at the hotel ensure customers information is protected.
Overall the team at Rachel Ley Consultancy have been fantastic with regards to any questions that I have with either the system or any bookings that have been made and makes working together on this project much easier with the knowledge of knowing that RLC can call the hotel at anytime with any queries that they have or vice versa.
