Conference & Events
Conferences and events are now recognized as a key part of most business’ marketing and communications strategy. We know logistics, we value brand integrity and we partner with our clients to understand the greater context of their projects.
3 steps to a successful conference or event:
Step 1 – Event Consultancy
Do you know why you are holding an event? Do you know what type of event will be the most effective to communicate your message to the audience? Have you developed your message and identified the hooks that will hold your audience and ensure that they get “the message”? Our consultancy approach will take you through a rigid interrogation of why, what and how. Then together we can develop the concept.
Step 2 - Administration and Logistics
Known by some as “the boring bits”, these elements are the foundation blocks of successful delivery. We relish data management and delight in the everyday detail. Our bespoke registration system and in house project management tools mean that we consistently deliver excellent logistical support; taking the headache of the mundane away from you and letting you focus on the other elements of the project. Naturally our reporting system means that you will always have an overview to give you peace of mind.
Step 3 - Creative Delivery
The content, message and event brand has been developed. The audience has been identified and invited. The administration is taken care of. Now all that is left is to deliver your project in a creative and memorable way. This does not require huge budgets or flashy kit but rather an umbrella approach which delivers excellent return on investment and feedback that will knock your socks off.
What makes us different?
Our own industry trade association contracts us to run their annual conference. What higher accolade can there be?
“This is a slightly overdue note to say thank you so much for your support and commitment during the planning and organization of this year’s event. As always, it was great to have the reassurance of your experience and know that I could depend on you to take on the sometimes complicated role of my Deputy!. Please pass on my thanks to your team – I really appreciate their hard work, dedication and the combined humor and optimism of you and your team”
