Refund Statement
If you are paying for a place at one of our conferences by credit card, your delegate fee will be debited from your card plus a 3.5% credit card charge (this charge does not apply to debit cards). The payment will appear as 'PayPal Rachel Ley Consultancy Ltd' on your statement.
Should you wish to make any changes to your details, please visit the conference website and click the registration navigation tab to take you back to the registration pages and choose the edit option.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and joining instructions will be sent to you one week prior to the conference.
Should you wish to cancel your booking, the following applies:
~ From booking to 60 days prior to the conference; an administration fee of £25.00 will be charged.
~ Any cancellations made between 59 – 30 days prior to the conference will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
~ Any cancellations received 29 – 0 days prior to the conference will be charged in full.
Refunds may be honoured in exceptional circumstances and are at the sole discretion of the Managing Director of Rachel Ley Consultancy Limited.
