Vision & Values
Rachel’s inspiration to set up her own agency, grew from her interest in education. “I am passionate about professionalising our industry and one way I can help do that is by passing on my experience and knowledge to students wanting to be part of this diverse sector.”
Rachel realised that the most powerful way to teach about the industry was to keep operational and over the years her students have benefitted from her “real time” experience. Now there is a happy marriage between education and operational delivery which embodies Rachel’s vision for the company.
“We have come a long way from the early garden shed days but I am proud that we still have a lot of fun working with our clients and the essence of creativity remains the same in all of our projects. Our clients stay with us for years and I still lead all operational projects. It is hard work but well worth it.”
